Christ’s Priestly Office

Secondly, his threefold office is declared by THE ALTAR (above Him), which announces that Jesus is our great High Priest, who perfectly fulfilled the law in our stead, sacrificed Himself on the altar of the cross for us, and still intercedes for us with our heavenly Father.
